These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Private VPN Proxy mobile application (the “App”), operated by SIA Volkun (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides a virtual private network (VPN) service intended to enhance your online privacy and security. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not require users to create an account to use the App. Access to premium features is provided through paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions are available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Some subscription plans may include a free trial period of approximately three (3) days. If a subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial period, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription and you will be charged by Apple through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
All payments are processed by Apple through its In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store payment information and we do not provide refunds directly. Any refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their policies.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, distribution of unlawful content, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property rights. You must also not use the service for abusive activities such as spamming, network attacks, automated scraping, or attempting to disrupt or overload systems. Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting access to the VPN service is not permitted.
While we are committed to protecting user privacy, we do not monitor or inspect the content of your internet traffic transmitted through the VPN tunnel. As a result, we may not be able to detect or prevent all misuse of the service. However, we reserve the right to restrict access to the App or its services in cases where we detect suspicious activity, fraud, or abuse patterns based on available technical signals.
We may deny access to subscriptions or limit service availability if a user is identified as engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Where appropriate, we may report such activity to Apple or relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
We strive to provide a reliable and secure service, but we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. VPN services may be affected by factors outside our control, including network conditions, third-party providers, or technical limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIA Volkun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
